Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

The role oversees the shipping and delivery of materials, manages the loading of trucks, sets up delivery routes, and unloads materials. The coordinator also manages inventory and maintains communications with suppliers, warehouses, and other parties involved in the shipping and delivery process.

• Manages the outbound logistics business process to ensure customer orders are served and delivered within agreed service levels.
• Establishes collaboration and coordination with Sales and Operations to balance supply and demand planning, ensuring appropriate finished‑goods (FG) inventory levels and achieving sales volume targets.
• Oversees warehouse operations for internal and external use, ensuring spaces are planned strategically and maximized in accordance with food safety, quality, and GMP/GWP standards.
