Job Description

Logistic Supervisor Description Senior Executive, Logistics responsible for end-to-end 3PL operations performance monitoring , claims management , and billing/invoice validation and payment governance .


The role ensures accurate parcel visibility and system status integrity , drives timely resolution of operational exceptions and claim incidents , and delivers cost control through strong invoice/claims processes and KPI management .


Partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support cross-functional logistics projects that improve service performance and deliver savings.

  •   Responsibilities Operations / Performance Monitoring Daily monitor parcel locations and 3PL performance to ensure visibility and SLA adherence.


    Update systems with accurate, timely parcel status movements , ensuring data integrity for reporting and investigations.
