Logistics Supervisor
to lead and scale our growing nationwide supply chain operations.

In this role, you'll take the driver's seat in ensuring on-time, in-full delivery performance, while managing 3PL partners, inbound timeliness, and day-to-day warehouse dispatch operations.

What You'll Do:

Achieve 99.5% DIFOT (Delivery in Full and On Time) for all customer and inter-warehouse shipments

Ensure >95% on-time inbound delivery rate from suppliers

Track and optimize 3PL cost per delivery and drop point

Supervise daily warehouse operations including dispatch planning and manpower coordination
