Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor manpower planning for shift operations.
  • Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards by Outsourced staff in stockyard operations.
  • Communication with multiple stakeholders in production shops for clearance of repair vehicles and adhoc requirements as per business needs.
  • Record keeping of operational facts and figures.
  • MIS reports sharing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Tracking, Monitoring and Improving KPIs
  • Know about yard operations and outsource manpower supervision
  • Knowledge of ERP system
  • Proficient in MS office tools (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of safety at work place
