We are a rapidly growing eCommerce retailer that specializes in luxury indoor and outdoor furniture as well as home decor.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

·      Routing orders for shipment via small parcel and freight carriers

·      Coordinating between our vendors and carriers for timely order pickup

·      Manage and troubleshoot dashboard metrics related to logistics department

·      Support the customer service team by assisting in resolving escalated logistics issues

·      Support the reverse logistics functions by providing logistics input when necessary

·      File and process carrier claims

·      Additional duties and cross training opportunities as they arise
