Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations in warehouses and ports, and processing in ERP system.

  • HESQ

    • - Do safety walk at warehouse as 3rd party owner, detect the hazardous conditions/unsafe operations, communicate with 3rd party partner and follow up the improvement measures.


    - Assist HESQ and IFA audit.

  • Warehouse management

    • - Working with warehouse team to ensure inbound, outbound and day-to-day bagging processes are executed as planned.


    - Working with warehouse to drive continued improvements in operation efficiency and quality.


    - Solving ad hoc issues with warehouse team as focal point of Yara.


    - Coordinating with 3rd party forwarder to completed transportation planning when required.
