Job Objective

Acting as an interface between internal and external customers, and all respective Planning Logistics staff at plant. Responsible to ensure customer requirements are well understood and followed, and to communicate and negotiate with customers regarding operational objectives and/or constraints. Ensuring one face to the customer, since customer demand is received within plant until final product is delivered to customer facilities. Improving delivery service level constantly while optimizing logistics costs. Supporting the training of other Sales Planners in performing their daily, weekly and monthly tasks, and support them within escalations, system settings and communication to customers.
