**Job Description**
The Logistics Specialist prepares shipping documentation and labels, manages pick lists, and coordinates the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders within strict timeframes. This role also receives customer returns, supports work-in-process job tracking for finished goods, and maintains accurate inventory information within an ERP system. The Logistics Specialist works in a clean, smaller warehouse environment and contributes directly to efficient order fulfillment and export operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping labels for all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Generate complete export documentation, including Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and Packing Lists, to ensure timely customs clearance.
