Work Location: Santa Ana, CA
Work Schedule: Fully onsite
Length of Assignment: 6+ months
**NO C2C due to client restrictions**

- Strong Excel/MS Office skills
- Excellent problem solving and communication (written, verbal)
- General knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain
- Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP highly preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate claim requests to determine validity
- Communicate with vendors to recover on claims
- Monitor claims, analyze key operational/financial indexes on a regular basis
