Job Description

The South African Breweries invites applications for the Maltings Operations Manager based in Caledon. You will lead silo block operations, inventory, warehousing and CAPEX projects, ensuring safety and quality compliance while delivering KPI targets.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, engage with HRBP for training, and align processes to best-in-class standards. Relevant FMCG, SAP/SPLAN/MES experience and strong leadership are required.
