In this role you will be responsible to provides operational support to the Operation Unit to ensure process stability and adherence to defined quality standards. The role ensures that processes operate reliably, drives problem‑solving activities when deviations occur, and supports continuous improvement to maintain high levels of quality performance across logistics operations.

Your job:

• Define activities/measures, and standards in logistic shop floor management to fulfil all quality requirements.
• Monitor Quality KPIs of the Operation Unit and value streams, initiate measures for deviations, and escalate complex issues beyond the defined scope.
