Logistics & Permitting Specialists

Overview

The role will work closely with the Logistics Manager, other departments and stakeholders to oversee and process all permitting requirements necessary for the release of imported equipment and claiming of incentives such as duty-free importation and VAT-refund.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit required applications and reports to regulatory agencies (related to the scope of the Employer) ensuring compliance to local regulatory requirements and Vena Energy policies and procedures.
• Consolidate and submit permitting requirements for importation necessary for claiming of tax incentives. (i.e. Bureau of Customs (BOC), BOI, Department of Finance (DOF), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)).
• Check compliance of importation permitting requirements (under the scope of the Employer) i.e. Bureau of Customs (BOC), BOI, Department of Finance (DOF), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
