Logistics Partner Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• 1.Develop and continuously optimize monitor metrics based on operation strategies to drive data-informed operational decisions.
• 2.Monitor and conduct in-depth analysis of partner's capacity performance, accurately identifying problem partners and root causes.
• 3.Follow up on partner's capacity perofrmance improvements, aligning with platform strategies to drive sustained capacity performance growth.
• 4.Collaborate with product operations teams to promote the optimization and iteration of related product features and operational tools.

Requirements

• 1.3+ years of experience in logistics / delivery, or data analysis.
• 2.Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, proficient in SQL, and data analysis tools.
• 3.Excellent cross-team collaboration and project execution skills, with the ability to manage issues in a closed-loop manner.
