Job Description — Installation Admin / Ops Admin (Installations) 6 day work week
Position: Installation Admin / Operations Admin (Installations). Reports To: Operations Lead.
Role Purpose
Provide administrative and coordination support for installation operations to ensure accurate records, timely updates, and smooth daily execution. You will work closely with the Operations Lead and installation team to keep daily operations organised and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation Administration: Key in confirmed installation details, update installation excel/system, prepare and send installation templates.
- Scheduling & Confirmation: Confirm installation dates with customers, update changes promptly, inform installers of schedules.
- Daily Coordination: Update group chats, track job status (pending / done / issue), collect arrival timing from installers.
