General Overview of the Job:
The Front Office / Back Office Logistics Operations Specialist provides operational and administrative support for global transportation and freight forwarding operations within a Shared Services environment. The role serves as the primary coordination point between customers, origin and destination offices, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of air and ocean shipments. The specialist is responsible for booking support, shipment monitoring, documentation, compliance coordination, customer communication, data validation, and exception management while adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
