The Logistics Operations Manager (LOM) manages the overall logistics of one or more categories and owns performance metrics to meet the operational needs of the logistics function. This role ensures operational activities adhere to laws, guidelines, and Intel's standard requirements while driving Operational Excellence and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier Governance: Manage suppliers for the storage or movement of inbound, interplant, and outbound material, equipment, and finished goods. Monitor and benchmark supplier services against SLAs and guide suppliers to evolve service levels in line with Intel requirements.
  • Performance Management: Own KPIs such as GPI, CDD/POD adherence, cost per box/carton/pallet/sqft/transaction/head, and quality metrics. Report progress against agreed schedule, scope, cost, and quality constraints to senior leaders regularly.
