• Permit Declaration
• Perform inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Responsible for daily task processing
• Attend to customer queries regarding inbound and outbound matter
• Provide customer service, coordination and admin/operation department
• Order fulfilment and customer support in warehousing & transportation
• Perform cycle count
• Act as a support liaison for the Sales team during the client on boarding phase, assisting with data gathering and documentation.
• Participate in client meetings to take detailed notes and help document supply chain requirements and challenges.
• Support the Sales and senior operations team in reviewing client proposals for operational clarity and data completeness.
• Assign deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling
