Qualifications :

  • Degree in Logistics or related field.

Other Requirements :

  • Preferred 2 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry
  • Familiar with shipping documentation (e.g., HBL, DO, manifest, pre-alert)
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Good communication & customer-handling skills

Job Descriptions :

  • Handle customer inquiries related to freight services (import/export, air/sea/land)
  • Coordinate daily shipment arrangements and ensure smooth cargo flow
  • Prepare and check shipping documents (BL, AWB, DO, invoice, packing list)
