Delivery & Transport Coordination
Schedule and arrange deliveries to customers, sites, or branches
- Coordinate with transport providers, trucking companies, and couriers
- Optimize routes to ensure timely delivery
Monitor dispatch and arrival status
Shipment Monitoring
Track shipments
- Follow up on delayed deliveries
- Resolve transport-related issues
Provide real-time updates to concerned departments
Documentation Control
Prepare and monitor:
- Delivery Receipts (DR)
- Packing Lists
- Waybills
- Bills of Lading (B/L)
- Shipping Instructions (SI)
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents
Coordinate with customs brokers (if applicable)
Logistics Reporting
Submit daily/weekly delivery status reports
