Logistics Officer

Nyrstar Australia’s Commercial team is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to help drive success and efficiency in our daily operations.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing logistics, managing administrative responsibilities, and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and improving the invoicing process to keep it smooth and efficient.
• Tracking and achieving key invoice control KPIs.
• Handling Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) claims.
• Performing data entry, master data management.
• Support operational aspects of the Commercial team from order entry to final invoicing
• Manage delivery of byproducts to our customers
