  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics operations for the project, including transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with project schedules and milestones
  • Manage vendor relationships, including freight forwarders, customs agents, and local transport providers
  • Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrival of critical equipment 
  • Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and site-level storage solutions
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, import/export requirements, and safety standards
  • Identify and proactively mitigate potential supply chain risks and delays
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, procurement, and engineering stakeholders
