Summary This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. Responsibilities As a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST at the GS-0346-13 some of your typical work assignments may include: Functional lead responsible for developing, coordinating, executing, and administering USTRANSCOM ACSA Program. Serve as an expert on the development and execution of USTRANSCOM Implementing Arrangements (IA) under the Acquisition and Cross- Servicing Agreements (ACSA) Program. Ensure command IA's are in compliance with higher level directives and instructions and are in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements. Prepares functional descriptions, development plans, and specifications for the USTRANSCOM ACSA program, provides policy inputs for the ACSA Global Automated Tracking and Reporting System (AGATRS), and briefs senior Command officials on program status.
