- Deploy standards across processes, procedures, routines, systems and KPIs to ensure optimum performance and proactive management of the company ́s Supply Chain in line with the Company ́s Supply Chain Vision
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, Project/Product Management, Purchasing, Industrial Area, IT and other relevant stakeholders concerning the different points of management of the Supply Chain
- Deploy relevant KPIs to measure and secure the company ́s Supply Chain performance so they are monitored actively by the different levels of the organization
- Deploy the Operative Planning Concept
