We are representing our client in the Medical Supplies sector in their search to fill a Logistics Executive position in their team. You will be required to be hands‑on in a Warehouse Environment and supervise a team of Warehouse staff. This is a 5‑day work week – Monday to Friday position.

• Leadership and Team Management
  • Provide decisive leadership and supervision to the assigned logistics team (Inbound or Outbound)
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate team members, overseeing performance reviews and ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
  • Conduct mandatory daily team meetings
  • Ensure the team's attendance is tip top
  • Provide necessary training if needed to team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs), system usage (WMS/IMS), safety, and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
