Logistics Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to oversee our import/export operations. The ideal candidate will handle shipping documentation, warehouse coordination, and ensure smooth logistics arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Import & Export Operations: Manage the full spectrum of product export and import arrangements.
• Documentation: Handle and arrange all necessary shipping documents , ensuring compliance with customs requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Communicate with forwarding agents to ensure product loading and logistics arrangements meet specific requests.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor goods in transit and verify delivery confirmation to ensure timely arrival.
• Warehouse Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing warehouse inventory and assist with logistics system training and verification.
• Reporting: Collect and verify monthly inventory reports from branch warehouses.
