Job Responsibilities: Lead and drive operation team to meet organization goals Manage overseas vendors and ensure they meet customer performance KPIs Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for internal/external stakeholders Collection of performance data, conduct data analysis and focus on areas of improvement Analyzed and evaluated existing processes, proposing new solutions Developed and managed relationships with vendors and customers Handle new requirement from customer/vendor/superior Other adhoc duties assigned by superior/manager Job Requirements: Diploma / Degree in any discipline with 3 years of working experience in Warehousing / Store Management Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities Good command of English Good communicating skills Good organization and time management skills MRP and computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Office
