Logistics Dispatch Assistant

We are looking for a Logistics Dispatch Assistant to help coordinate and monitor the delivery operations process. This role is ideal for someone experienced in dispatching, who can ensure timely deliveries and handle any operational challenges that may occur during the day.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules for drivers and ensure deliveries are made on time.
• Monitor operations in real time, stepping in to resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and daily records.
• Assist with tracking driver performance and preparing incident reports.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in dispatching or logistics operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
