- Handle customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- Process and coordinate orders with warehouse operations for fulfilment.
- Update customers on order status and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and process invoices, reports, and system data entries.
- Support billing submission and follow up on documentation issues when required.
- Ensure service standards and customer requirements are met.
- Assist with process improvements and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
