  • Handle customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and delivery issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process and coordinate orders with warehouse operations for fulfilment.
  • Update customers on order status and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process invoices, reports, and system data entries.
  • Support billing submission and follow up on documentation issues when required.
  • Ensure service standards and customer requirements are met.
  • Assist with process improvements and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
