Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role ensures accurate documentation, coordination with freight companies, and timely delivery of all inbound and outbound shipments. It supports cross-functional teams, including Production, QA, and Sales, to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure product compliance. Additionally, the upholds safety standards and contributes to process efficiency within the warehouse.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Act as the initial point of contact for all visitors to the warehouse professionally and courteously.
• Assisting in scheduled and spot inventory verification counts.
• Liaison with freight companies for competitive rates and delivery schedules for all shipments.
