Key Responsibilities

The focus of this position is to ensure timely inbound and outbound flow of materials and resources through the company. The role supports a team of six logistics coordinators and includes:

• Generate shipping paperwork for drivers, carrier dispatch, US Customs, and other parties.
• Assist with the purchase order process, monitor and close out freight POs.
• Help organize interplant transfers of parts and materials via internal couriers.
• Facilitate workflow for manufactured products between plants and storage locations.
• Monitor the flow of materials and resources to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Troubleshoot any problems to keep projects and processes on schedule.
• Coordinate schedules for delivery of products or resources in collaboration with logistics team members.
