Logistics Coordinator - Mex (Monterrey)

PURPOSE

The Logistics Coordinator will have strong problem‑solving capabilities, ensuring all freight is delivered/picked‑up on time with a focus on sustaining steady and first‑class service to GlobalTranz's client network. Given this role supports many teams including Customer Success, Enterprise Growth, Carrier Sales, Direct Sales, and Customer Sales, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that GlobalTranz's customers receive timely service information from pickup to delivery by working with our network of carriers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver multi‑level operational support for GlobalTranz's client shipments and transportation through tracking and tracing activity (inbound/outbound phone calls, texts and e‑mails), ensuring on‑time delivery and pick‑up.
