Tasks
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily delivery activities to various store locations. Ensure deliveries are completed on schedule to meet operational requirements. Participate in route planning and transportation optimization initiatives. Coordinate the use of a fleet of approximately 10 trucks. Supervise, motivate, and support a team of approximately 15 employees involved in logistics operations. Maintain effective communication between suppliers, the distribution center, drivers, warehouse employees, and store locations. Participate in the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics processes. Support teams through periods of growth and organizational change.
