Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Parts Logistics (AMC / ACER / Lenovo)

• Take ownership of all end-to-end spare part transactions and logistics activities
• Ensure same-day dispatch of available spare parts against branch demand
• Ensure no spare parts remain pending in the field for more than 10 days
• Recover defective spare parts from the field in a timely manner
• Share daily updates on field pending parts with branch engineers, Branch Manager, and reporting manager

Courier Process Management

• Manage daily courier transactions for spare part dispatch
• Maintain accurate daily courier transaction and dispatch reports
• Track courier parcels end-to-end until delivery confirmation
• Validate monthly courier vendor invoices for accuracy
• Ensure courier vendors submit invoices on the VBM portal by the 7th of every month
