Job Description

A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of goods, materials, and products efficiently and cost-effectively. They ensure that shipments are delivered on time while coordinating with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers.

Kay Responsibilities:

  • Planning of Daily shipments.
  • Route Planning.
  • Following up with 3PL (Transporters).
  • Liaison with Sales team regarding Shipments.
  • Preparation and verification of 3PL Freight Bills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
