VACANCY: LOGISTICS CONTROLLER

FMCG company is looking for logistics controller to join our team.

Candidate will be responsible for Logistics, Administration & Co-ordination.

Responsibilities but not limited to

  • Planning and coordinating all logistics requirements - costing and processing accordingly
  • Allocation of Stock
  • Raising sales invoices for various regions
  • GRN for new sales and processing creditors correctly
  • Creating CRM records for new and existing clients
  • Coordinate monthly delivery schedules
  • Place orders
  • Rollback bookings
  • ETA & stock reports to sales team
  • Stock takes
  • Other admin duties and assisting Sales and Logistics Managers

Qualifications

  • 3 Years Experience
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Forklift and Warehouse Exposure
