Coordinate inbound logistics flows and raw materials from overseas to the and Canada. Monitor maritime shipments: schedule appointments and update internal systems. Verify compliance between orders, commercial invoices, and transport documents (BOL). Select freight forwarders to optimize costs and service. Prepare and provide all required customs documentation. Manage direct-ship customer orders: entry, production follow-up, and shipment organization. Issue and review documents required for customs clearance (certificates, invoices, etc.).
