JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipment planning and dispatch.
  • Manage inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, transport vendors, warehouse teams, and customers.
  • Resolve any delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, or logistical issues.
  • Prepare logistics documentation: invoice, packing list, delivery order (DO), airway bill (AWB), bill of lading (BL).
