Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a global business that is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth and cost-effective movement of materials from production to end customers.

You will play a key role in coordinating shipments, managing warehouse operations, and supporting trade and logistics processes across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:

  • Negotiate with shipping agents and service providers to optimize logistics costs
  • Coordinate shipments with factories, suppliers, customers, and warehouses according to contractual terms
  • Maintain accurate documentation including BLs, COAs, COOs, and warehouse releases
  • Manage stock levels, storage contracts, and data accuracy in SAP
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Trade, Tax) and external stakeholders daily
