Key Responsibilities Export & Sea Freight Management Manage export order processing from order receipt to final delivery. Validate purchase orders and ensure accurate SAP system capture. Coordinate dispatch planning with warehouses and confirm stock availability. Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure vessel bookings. Prepare and validate shipping instructions and documentation. Monitor vessel schedules and proactively manage shipment risks or delays. Track DAP/DDP shipments through to final delivery. Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. Documentation & Compliance Ensure accuracy of Bills of Lading, Sea Waybills, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Certificates of Analysis. Manage Letters of Credit documentation where applicable. Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and internal audit standards. Maintain structured electronic documentation.
