Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

  • Ensure that all scheduled deliveries and itinerary requirements are met
  • Establish controls in all logistical processes and procedures
  • Coordinates with delivery drivers, other departments, and clients regarding the status or changes to the delivery schedule
  • Prepare and file sales invoices, receiving forms, waybills, pull-out slips, and others
  • Recommends improvements in procedures to promote efficiency and faster service
  • Skills: Delivery planning, Order processing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Amenable to work in Kalawaan, Pasig City
