Job Description
**Title**: Logistics Assistant / Fulfillment
**Reports to**: Logistics Manager
**Responsibilities will include**:
Maintain master item file with returns partner and work with tech design to upload item dimensions to WMS for new SKUs.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to solve business problems and drive better informed decisions.
Maintain and update monthly outbound parcel costs in BI tool (Looker)
Ensure relevant transactions (orders, PO's, return transfers, etc.) are present in WMS and troubleshoot any missing transactions.
Actualize PO Shipped qty on inbound PO's based on Packing List received from vendors
Support Logistics/Fulfillment functions handled by Logistics/Fulfillment managers when they are unavailable/on PTO
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Admin with Supply chain focus or 5+ years experience in transportation operations, omni channel fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, management, etc.
