Our Client, a Automotive company, is looking for a Logistics Application Engineer for their Georgetown, KY location.
Responsibilities:
Work with Client Engineering groups and North American Manufacturing Companies (NAMCs) departments to implement Internal Logistics automation systems. Challenge and break down the ideal situation and current systems in pursuit of establishing the optimal business process to improve supply chain performance through automation using efficient problem solving and countermeasure development. Identify industry leaders in logistics automation and ensure internal product roadmaps align with best strategies and supporting frameworks Lead the transition of development of PoC’s and SOWs relating to automating internal logistics processes into production environments while supporting IT requirements and MES/ERP system integration with AMR Fleet management software.
