Join Osella Technologies as a Logistics and Purchasing Specialist in Oldcastle, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on procurement and logistics within the automotive manufacturing sector.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the role requires significant purchasing experience—at least 10 years—in a manufacturing environment, ideally with Automotive Tooling. A solid understanding of product knowledge across electrical and mechanical fields is crucial, as is previous experience with ERP and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source products for automated assembly equipment
• Manage Purchase Orders through ERP systems
• Monitor vendor order statuses for timely delivery
• Address materials deviations with vendors and staff
• Handle customs and brokerage documentation for shipments
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in purchasing and logistics
• Familiar with local automation manufacturing vendors
