Job Description

The individual in this role coordinates import activities of freight and logistics with emphasis on accuracy, timelines and services. Analyze and produce in-depth reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process all palletized cargo call tags
  • Submit all parcel shipment claims
  • Requests Proof of Delivery from all carriers (Export all modes, Import air freight and WAI transfers)
  • Coordinate all domestic supplier LTL and parcel pickups
  • Process export documents of all parcel orders
  • Handle Shipping/Warehouse Department inquiries (IT ticket resolution)
  • Collect, monitor and study business data to create custom reports that support recommendations to control freight
