Associate Logistics Analyst

This role is responsible for providing support services to the North American Logistics group in Supply Chain.

What You Will Do

• Manage and support daily expedite requests for an assigned geographic region, scheduling shipments, carrier sourcing/utilization and optimization functions
• Utilize TMS-Transportation Management Software to rate, schedule, and route shipments
• Monitor expedite shipments and requests to identify actions required to improve or optimize related processes
• Communicate effectively via phone and e‑mail to provide order status, product and availability information and to resolve transportation and inventory issues with internal and external customers
