The Job
The Logistics Administrator is responsible for supporting all procedures in the operations of our Aerospace division, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation.
What You Can Expect of the Job- You’ll manage and file all shipping documents for Aerospace operation.
- You’ll coordinate with other Store staff to get updates on all the order transactions and ensure the system data is up to date against the physical parts movement with proper supporting documents.
- You’ll communicate & Co-ordinate with the Administrators from other Aerospace divisions (such as Customer Service, Workshop, technical etc.) about the enquiries & reports on repair order status, receiving & outgoing status, inventory status etc.
- You’ll liaise and co-manage freight forwarders for all deliveries and collection schedules.
