As a full-time Logistics Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless sorting of thousands of packages daily. Each colleague you support plays a pivotal role in our delivery success, and you'll soon become the go-to person and role model for 10 to 15 of our operators.

Additionally, you'll:

  • Coordinate the logistics processes efficiently.
  • Maintain vigilance to minimize potential delays in the workflow.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to your colleagues.
