JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality targets are met.

  • This role manages a team of Team Leaders, driving operational excellence, team engagement, and continuous improvement across all processes.

  • TASKS

    Operations Management


  • Ensure the correct execution of all operational processes during the shift (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, etc.)




  • Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, service level, safety) and take corrective actions when needed




  • Guarantee adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)


  • Team Leadership


  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders




  • Provide clear direction, priorities, and expectations at the beginning of each shift
