Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day to day operations in customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements & status with customers.
- Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
- Monitor and order supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
- Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
- Load and unload steel drums from truck, trailer, and warehouse when required.
