Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the necessary documents in import and export operations together with customs company employees,

  • Getting a freight offer from the carrier, deciding and organizing the appropriate transportation (land, sea and air) vehicle,

  • To follow the shipment process with suppliers, distribution center and shipping companies,

  • To follow the performance of customs firms and shipping companies and to take action for problems,

  • To inform the sales departments about the import and export legislation changes,

  • Examining the costs related to the customs process, taking action for unnecessary costs.

  • Making sure that Procedure for Export Control & Trade Sanctions and Procedure covering Import Control & Customs Management are in line with global trade compliance.
